Terminology

”Agile Maximum” refers to the software provided by Pohdinto Oy (Tax number FI2449980-3) for the purpose of organising software or other product development work.

”The website” refers to www.agilemaximum.com and www.violette.fi, which is used for interacting with prospective users of Agile Maximum.

”A visitor” refers to a person browsing the website.

”Evaluation site instance” refers to a separate, independent installation of Agile Maximum on an internet server which provides the possibility to try out Agile Maximum.

”Evaluation form” refers to the web form where a visitor fills out their contact information for the purpose of evaluating Agile Maximum.

”Evaluator” refers to the person who has filled out the evaluation form.

Privacy on the website

The website collects anonymous information of the site visitors and uses cookies to track visitor behaviour. The collected information includes the client IP address, visited pages and interactions with the website including timestamps.

For purposes of evaluating Agile Maximum, the visitor can provide their contact information on the evaluation form.

The information provided by the visitor is used for:

• Establishing the evaluation site instance, where the visitor can try out the software free for a limited period of time
• Contacting the visitor for feedback concerning the evaluation
• Agile Maximum marketing, but only with the consent of the visitor

The information is used only by Pohdinto Oy staff who need the information in order to install the evaluation site instance and to contact the evaluator for feedback.

The information is not provided to Agile Maximum affiliates or any other 3rd parties.

The collected data is stored on a secure server on the cloud.

Privacy in Agile Maximum

Agile Maximum stores a set of information regarding its users. This information includes a username, email address, name and a password hash. In practice, the password cannot be determined by obtaining the password hash.

Access to the stored information is limited to support and maintenance staff, who need the information for providing support for the Agile Maximum users. This staff is not allowed to access the information for any purpose which is not indicated by the user.

Information stored by Agile Maximum is not given to any 3rd parties.
